Refund policy
Because every order is custom and made-to-order, Noonday Event Co.’s policies are built around cancellations and changes rather than returns. We do not accept mailed returns.
Custom installation deposits are non-refundable. Once décor has been installed or picked up, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or replacements on décor that has been placed or delivered.
Pickup orders can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Custom installations can be rescheduled up to one week before your event, with your deposit applied to a future date.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@yayitsnoonday.com so we can make it right.
