What exactly do you do?

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Noonday Event Co serves Palm Beach County, Martin County, and Broward County. There’s no minimum order requirement within Palm Beach County. Minimums for deliveries outside this area vary from $350 to $3,000, depending on location and travel time. During peak seasons (Spring and Fall), we may impose delivery minimums, but pick-up at our warehouse is always available. Contact us to check if we serve your area and the minimum order requirement.

How do I get a proposal?

Once you’ve chosen your event date and venue, we’re ready to design a tailored proposal for you! Reach out to us directly via email at or by phone (call or text) at 561-644-3795.

How do I reserve my rentals?

Noonday Event Co asks for a signed rental contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your selected items, ensuring they’re reserved exclusively for your event date. 

How far do you deliver?

We service all of Palm Beach County, Martin County, and Broward County. Please inquire about order minimums for your geographic region.

What does your rental fee include?

Noonday Event Co’s rental fees include the cost of the item itself. Please note that our prices exclude Event Design, Event Styling, Set-up, or Delivery & Pickup unless specified otherwise in the item’s description. These additional services come with extra charges.

What do you charge for delivery?

Noonday Event Co calculates delivery fees based on the distance from our warehouse to your event location. Contact us for a personalized travel quote. We prioritize fair wages for our team, whose labor-intensive work often involves long hours. Please note that our delivery fees solely cover costs and may fluctuate due to fuel surcharges. We appreciate your understanding and support of our dedicated crew.

What happens if there’s bad weather?

We completely understand the stress of bad weather, and we want to keep you at ease as much as possible. You have up until 6:00AM the morning of your event to let us know if you want to move forward with your rental or if you want to cancel due to bad weather. If you choose to cancel, you’ll have up to a full calendar year to reschedule at no additional costs. You’ll just let us know whenever you’re ready and we’ll get you added back on our calendar.

Oops, I broke it!

Noonday Event Co holds clients responsible for rentals from delivery to pickup. Any damages or missing items are assessed within 7 days of pickup, with clients notified in writing. Clients receive photos (if applicable) and an invoice for repair/replacement costs, charged to the credit card on file for incidentals.

Can I change my order after signing the contract?

Once you’ve made a booking, you can modify your order up to 7 days before your event without any charges. Final payments are due 7 days prior to your event, and any deductions made after this payment will be credited. This credit can be used for other rentals for your event, but it’s non-transferable and cannot be used for future events. If unused, the credit will expire on your event date.

You can add rental items up to 48 hours before your event, depending on availability, with additional payment possibly required.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We acknowledge that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the cancellation of your rental contract. If you cancel your order, our 50% non-refundable deposit is retained. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of your event, the full amount is retained, and no refund is provided. However, we are willing to accommodate rescheduling your event date.

When do I pay my remaining balance?

Currently, we mandate credit card deposits for all orders through our online payment system. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.

If there’s something you’re interested in renting that we don’t currently offer, feel free to reach out! We’re happy to explore sourcing or producing new items. Some items in our inventory may not be pictured on the website yet, so we might have what you’re looking for.
